My Terms and Conditions

I guarantee your work will be handled in a private and confidential manner.  No information about any work undertaken will be disclosed to any other party unless required by law or on your express instructions.

Any material supplied by the client and not owned by the client will require an original copy of the written proof of usage to be sighted and a photocopy of the proof provided. This proof of usage should specify that the copyright owner has granted the use of the copyright material to the client.

All copyright on any original material produced will pass to the client when the account is paid in full.

Upon termination of any agreement between a client and myself, any material (including backed up or archived material) in my possession will be returned to the client within seven (7) days.

Any additional costs and expenses incurred e.g. courier fees, postage, telephone calls, facsimile transmissions, emails, travel time, etc. will be advised and quoted first, and if accepted they will be added to the client's account. I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any work commenced but cancelled by a client prior to completion.

All work undertaken will be invoiced on a GST-exclusive compliant tax invoice. Depending on the nature of the work undertaken, progress payments may be required. Accounts are payable strictly within 14 days from invoice date, except for invoices for domain name registration and web hosting, which are due immediately upon receipt. Any outstanding accounts may be referred to a collection agency without further notice. If any accounts for web design are overdue I reserve the right to remove the website for the host. Interest may be also charged on overdue accounts.

Payments may be made by cheque, money order, cash or direct deposit only. All cheques are subject to clearance and any charges relating to dishonoured cheques are payable by the client.
